Tatum Orion
Tatum, the founder and president of Animal Rights Consultancy (ARC), has been working in the movement since 2012, with over 40 years of hands-on experience working with animals. With a background in investigative journalism and animal law, she has dedicated her life to uncovering the truth and pursuing justice for animals. Her efforts have led to improved animal welfare, legislative changes, and countless convictions. At ARC, Tatum provides expert consultancy, trains investigators and law enforcement professionals, and champions the rights and dignity of every species.

Lennon Perry
Lennon serves as the Senior Investigator at ARC, specializing in uncovering the realities of the Asian dog meat trade and the exploitation of animals in entertainment since 2018. As a licensed Private Investigator and Security Commander, he has led numerous large-scale public protests and strategic deployments. Driven by a deep commitment to animal rights and justice, Lennon is a highly skilled investigator capable of safely infiltrating even the most challenging environments. He can also equip your team with the expertise needed to do the same.

Susan Arts
At Animal Rights Consultancy Susan keeps everything running behind the scenes so the team can stay focused on fighting for animals. As Chief Operating Officer, she manages the organization’s day-to-day operations — from budgeting and project management to strategy and team leadership — making sure ARC operates smoothly and efficiently.
Susan loves building strong teams, creating systems that work, and finding solutions to keep ARC moving forward. She works closely with leadership to align operations with ARC’s mission and ensure the team has the resources and support they need to create meaningful change.
With a lifelong passion for animal rights, Susan brings both heart and expertise to her role.

Adrian
Our Campaigns Director, Adrian has been involved in the animal rights movement for over ten years. They have experience organizing protests; rescuing animals; setting up advocacy actions; and doing undercover investigations. Adrian believes in freedom from suffering for all animals and empowering individuals and groups to fight for animal rights. They have a unique skill set and knowledge to help advance animal causes.
